Inquiring service for samples remainders (food)

·         Service description

 Samples remainders shall be delivered to customers within two days of the result in accordance with the executive regulation 770 of 2003.

    Requirements of Service

o    Attendance of the company owner or his representative by virtue of a power of attorney.

    Required documents

1.      General power of attorney by the company owner

2.      Identification card copy

3.      A copy of the sample-taking minutes
